Please take some time to reflect and complete the following survey regarding your church’s administrative processes and systems. Please plan to give a one to two hour block of time to give good thought and description to your process. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers here as there are many ways to accomplish various tasks. We do not want you to answer this as if you are getting graded out. Please simply describe what you currently do related to these systems. If you are not currently engaged in a particular area, simply indicate this in your answer.
We suggest you answer these questions in a separate file and copy/paste your answers into our form once you have finished. If you complete the form in one sitting and hit submit, we will receive your responses and they will be securely stored. If you would like to work on it progressively, we recommend that you record your answers in a word or google doc in order to maintain your work and progress. This will provide you a backup copy of your work as well.
