Reid has planted churches and coached church planters for well over a decade. His particular areas of focus would be in strategy formation, core/launch team gathering, calling and training your team, missiological strategy, shaping evangelistic cultures, evolving church plants forward, leadership development, and growing systems from launch to 500 people involved.

Leadership and Pastoral Coaching

As your ministry grows and evolves or takes on new challenges, having a seasoned coach can be helpful. We have experience in parachurch leadership, non-profit structure, church leadership teams, and adaptive leadership. We also enjoy engaging elder teams in retreats and team coaching.

Church Consulting and Systems

Many churches evolve quickly without providing the proper structures and systems for vision formulation, strategic planning, and ministry architecture that can sustain health and growth. We can help you build out basic mission/vision/identities, IT, HR, financial, care, leadership, and discipleship systems for your church or ministry.
